pre-WWI US Army M1903 1st Pattern Mills Infantry Cartridge Belt for the M1903 Springfield Rifle w/Rimless Eagle Snaps - RARE - Unissued Condition
Up for auction is a pre-WWI US Army M1903 Infantry Cartridge Belt for the M1903 Springfield Rifle.  This is the 1st pattern Mills Manufactured Belt.  The belt is used, please see photo's for Condition. No rips or tears.  No fraying, no color fading.  This is a 9-pocket belt, with the early "Puckered Bottom" pockets.  Each pocket has the RARE Rimless Eagle Snaps.  This is an Infantry Issued Belt.  There are no markings or dates on the belt.  The buckles have the Mills 1904 patent date and markings.  This is the 1st pattern with the narrow connector buckle.  Hard to find one in this condition.
These early belt are very RARE due to the limited time of production. You seldom see them offered for sale.  Get this one while it is available.
This would make a welcomed addition to any WWII Collection.
