This is a WW1 Bandolier for the .30 cal rifle and .45 pistol
It is Rock Island Arsenal stamped and dated 1917
It also has a cavalry unit stamp on it
There are initials stamped on the inside of the flaps that look like : M.M. (See last 2 photos)
