RARE, 1948
GIRL SCOUT INTERMEDIATE BADGE
Here is a Hard to Find Winter Sports badge.
The name was changed in 1953 to Skiing, but the design remained the same.
This badge looks like new from the front, but I'm showing you the back so that you can see that it has been cut close to the crimped under edge.
I'm sure that was done for ease of sewing, however,
it does not look like it was ever sewn!
Depending on your use, it may not matter, for example, it would be excellent to put on a sash or in a frame.
This is in Excellent Condition except for the trim.
