This is Pre-owned so it isnt perfect but it still looks okay in my opinion.

It is still in okay condition but please dont expect the item to be flawless or in pristine condition as this item is used and aged.
The pages have very obvious Wear&Tear and discolorated, and there are other tears/cuts present
