    I'm not a Expert On WW1 Military Items but I think this is A US Army Issue due to the Metal Snap
    Loop Hanger on the back - Measures 6 by 15 Inches and about 2 Inches thick
    Has Lots of Signs of age and Use - Might be Dated 1914 ( Its Hard to Read )
