    This is a really neat little item for a meteorite lover!  It is a set of 2 genuine meteorites.  First,  there is a Moroccan Chondrite (a stony meteorite) with a weight of 8.1 grams and 3/4 inches in length.    As it's name suggests, it was found in Morocco, North Africa.  Stony meteorites are the most common type of meteorites that fall on the Earth.
    Second, there is a piece of the Taza Iron Meteorite (NWA 859).   This meteorite weighs 3.4 grams and is 1/4 inch in length.  It gets its name from the location where it was found - Taza, Morocco, North Africa.  It was found in 2001 and is classified as Ungrouped, Iron - Plessitic Octahedrite.  Included with the meteorites is a nice glass-topped display box (Riker mount).  If you are collecting meteorites from around the world, this would be a great addition!
