    Description

    WW 1 or possibly WW 2, Sam Browne black leather belt with cross strap. Belt is 2 1/4" wide and will fit up to a 35" waist, possibly 36". Small stitching fault on the reverse that does no effect appearance or serviceability. All the necessary solid brass hardware is present. Belt was originally brown, but the viewed side  was polished black. Probably for use by a Rifle Regiment officer or Scots. Leather is supple but needs a polish. Could be polished over brown if so desired.
