Replacement Fashionista Barbie Doll Original Body Light Tan Fashion Doll

In this listing we have a really nice replacement doll body. This doll body was released by Mattel as part of the Fashionista line. This doll body has a light tan skin tone. This is the “Original” body and has the flat feet mold. This doll body is articulated at the neck, shoulders, and hips. This doll body was made in Indonesia. My pictures came out a little light. The doll body is a shade or two darker in person.
This doll body is in good condition. This body has never been played with and was just removed from the box. The doll’s neck knob looks okay. It does have a lot of stress marks to the top of the neck knob and a few to the bottom of the neck knob. It wouldn’t affect using a new head with the body, it should just be a cosmetic issue. The
doll’s torso looks good. She does have some minor scratches and scuffs to her hard-plastic torso. In a few spots the torso has a more matte finish compared to the shinier finish of the rest of the torso. The side seams and shoulder seams are a little raised in a couple spots and might need to be sanded down. They’re not terrible, it’s more of a cosmetic issue. They also have some minor scratches to them.
The doll’s arms look good. Her arms are bigger than her torso at the shoulder. This causes her arms to get scratches and scuffs from where the hard plastic torso cuts into them. This will get worse over time with use. She does have seam lines and mold injection spots to her arms. When you look at the arms up close she does have a few minor surface imperfections.
The doll’s upper arms have a more textured look to them compared to the lower arm. It’s hard to explain, but the upper arm doesn’t look as smooth as the lower arm. It is smooth, but it doesn’t look it.
The doll’s legs look good. She does have the issue where her upper legs have a shiny finish, but around the knees it changes to a matte finish for the lower leg. She does have a few molded in lines to her upper legs. Please examine all pictures to see the exact condition of this doll body and please keep in mind some issues are more visible in person compared to pictures.
