    This is an authentic and very rare Appalachiosaurus tooth from the Tarheel Formation of North Carolina. The ID on this tooth was reportedly confirmed by paleontologist David Schwimmer, who is an expert in the Eastern U.S. dinosaur fauna. This tooth measures in at 1.35 inches in length, and has no restoration or repair work done to it.
