    Description

    This US Army ammo pouch was made in 1910 at the Rock Island Arsenal in 1910.  It is embossed with the US insignia on the front and is embossed with the unit it was made for on the reverse (C / 3 - Inf. / 2 Ore.) I believe this was an Oregon unit within the 3rd Infantry.  I think this pouch would have been used into WWI.  It's in overall good condition with some wear to the leather straps and a small amount of superficial cracking to the leather on the base of the pouch.
