Plant fossil from Fossil Oregon. Nickel in picture for size reference, pictures are front and back. This piece was found locally in Fossil Oregon, known for having many fossils in the hills.
My father-in-law lived in Fossil after retiring from the Army and took an interest in fossils becomming an avid collector. He volunteered time at the Thomas Condon Paleontology Center nearby.
We have donated some of the collection and are selling some.
