    This is the GREEN BACK badge from the 1980 Worlds to Explore program.  It is called
    PERSONAL HEALTH
    and the GREEN BACKGROUND indicates it is available for JUNIORS ONLY.  This design was discontinued in 1990 after being on a badge since the 1930s.
    The RED BORDER indicates it is from the World of Well Being.  These are BRAND NEW.
