Original WWI Soldier Trench Gas Alarm Rattle Full Working Condition Very Loud

Description

Very nice wooden rattle gas alarm, this was used in the trench's when there was gas being set off by the enemy, this would let the soldiers know to put their gas mask on. This has an old patina to it, so I believe it to be the real deal, it was found with a bunch of old WW1 & WW2 items. Measurements are 3 1/2" wide,12 1/2" long, and 1 1/4" thick.
