Rare and hard to find any info on this item. It is in very good condition with one hole and the leather needs some conditioner. One of the long straps is missing most of its length but could be replaced or extended as the keeper and buckle is still there. Nicely marked with ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL and Inspectors stamps. Has an old paper DISINFECTED label that is deteriorating. See photos for details.
