This badge, NOW and THEN, was originally issued in 1980 with a Bright Blue border and was part of the "Worlds to Explore" badge series that was supposedly discontinued in 1999.
However, it was shown in the 1999, 2000, and 2001 catalogs with a blue border and finally reissued in 2002 with a dark green border!
Consequently it had a shorter run than most Junior Jade badges.  These are Brand New, old stock.
