There is a handwritten price on the tag that was placed there by the previous store owner which reads 5.00. This item retails online for 0.00 from the manufacturer. The brow band is constructed of fine leather and is embellished with 3mm round petite and 6mm x 6mm medium square queen Swarovski crystals. There are 2 rows of 3mm crystals which have 60 crystals per row for a total of 120 3mm round petite crystals. There are also 30 6mm x 6mm square crystals. The brow band measures roughly 17 1/4” x 1 1/4”. The brow band has normal shelf-type wear such as scratches, nicks, scuffs, etc. The brow band weighs roughly 3 oz.
