arriage comes complete with Brakes and our smooth, "Independent Front Suspension" The front axle Teeters, this is for objects on the roads. The Wheels are  are Fun wheels, with matching tires all way around Also the spokes are heavy duty with 1/4" diameter Spokes. 20" on front and 24" on rear tires.  We also added Seat  springs, and Axle springs, makes for very, very smooth ride on the back roads and fields.
This  carriage seats 2 adults on Front, and 2 children on back.note; It comes with Seat Belts on back for the kids, not shown in photos.
