Model 1909 Dismounted Eagle Snap Cartridge Belt US Navy markings

For Auction here is a Russel made pre-World War I Model 1909 dismounted infantry cartridge belt with rarely seen US Navy markings. Belt is suffering from dry rot as can be seen from the pix. Female buckle end is severed.
I will let you all decide it’s worth thru the bidding process.
There is no pocket fraying. Nice sold olive drab color.
