Mini Donkey or pony cart With Harness!!!!   Shafts are 48inches long, tree is 24 inches, 20-inch air tires, seat is 35 x 11, shafts are 23 inches off ground, 17 inches between shafts. Seat height is 28 inches off ground. Tires still have knubs on them. Harness is in great shape also. used very little. Tiered of it hanging in the barn.  If you're thinking about getting one this is the deal, they sell for over 0 new with no Harness.
