The Microplane Cube Graters are a mini Box Grater.  The cube grater includes three grater blades.  Microplane best-selling blades, of fine, coarse, and ribbon, will meet most of your cooking and baking needs! Each cube grater ships in a plastic box that can be used as storage and includes measurement lines up to 1 ½ cups. This kitchen gadget may be small, but it is mighty! The grater is dishwasher safe, and the container doubles as a reusable cover.  The compact design allows for easy storage. Perfect for apartments or smaller living spaces like RV's.

Featuring three surgical grade stainless steel blades, each with a different grating style (Fine, Ribbon & Coarse), simply rotate the grater to put the desired blade pointing up, insert back into the catch/cover and start grating
