This auction is for a MEI Mars 2400 DBV.  This listing is for a STRIPPED DBV.  It does not include the faceplate or magazine (the part that holds the bills after they've been collected.  This is the cheapest option for a cleaned/updated/warranted bill acceptor that you'll find on eBay.  That's because it doesn't include all the stuff that you already have if you are replacing a broken bill acceptor.  So, just take your Faceplate and magazine, pop them on this, and you are ready to go.
This will replace a 2411, 2451, or 2431.  All those DBVs are the same, except for the faceplate.  The 3rd digit of the model denotes the faceplate.  Otherwise, they are identical.
This DBV will be cleaned and updated to take the bills that came out in 2008 (the current ones).  There are no newer updates.
