This is a LITTLE WONDER BOOK #510 : WEATHER

Originally published in 1939... but this is the revised edition from 1952.
(I took a picture so you can see the fine print/ dates from he inside cover)
I don't normally grade these sorts of booklets, but if it's similar to a comic book, then I would say it's
in FINE condition.  There's a little bot of spine creasing and a bit of a smudge on the front cover just above wonder (on the man's suit)... it's hard to see in pics, but it's there.  I tried to take the best pics I could.
