    Description

    Species: Ornithischia indet.
    Formation: Judith River Formation
    Location: Hill County, Montana
    Age: 79-75 mya, Cretaceous
This is an authentic piece of ornithischian dinosaur bone from the Judith River Formation. There is no restoration on this specimen, but it was found in many pieces which have been glued back together. Due to the incompleteness of this bone, it is impossible to determine which species of dinosaur it came from. The internal structure of the bone is indicative of ornithischians, and it is from quite a large bone, so that narrows it down to such dinosaurs as hadrosaurs, ceratopsians, and ankylosaurs. Hadrosaurs, like Brachylophosaurus, are the most likely answer, as they are the most common dinosaur in this part of the formation.
