    Plastic comb bound (Scanner bed cuts off the comb binding)
    Images are from a scanner, colors may not be a perfect match
    IMPORTANT NOTES:
    The original front and back covers are missing, I printed a copy of the cover from the internet and had this comb bound with a new back and clear outer cover.
    Previously this was stapled on the edge and then holes punched for some sort of binding (see photo).
    No table of contents (possibly lost with the cover).
