Pls don't wash it by hot water or put it in water for a long time and dry it under high temperature, these handling may cause come off from the Base Material.
Also don't avoid to put strong acid food or  Bleach on Shark Skin.
Surface color of Shark skin is subject to change, due to natural product, but there is no problem, functionally and sanitarily.
