Incredible Hulk 1978 Lunch Box Unused with Tag, As Is See Description -Lid Issue

Incredible Hulk Lunch Box, 1978 Marvel Comics Aladdin Industries, with cardboard tag.  Appears unused, tag has some wear and is a little bent.  The box has some scattered scrapes – see last 5 photos with red and yellow arrows and circles.  I tried to show the most noticeable, but I’m sure there are a few other small nicks.
The lid is askew, doesn’t sit flat unless the box is latched.  When latched is still very slightly askew, not sure what is causing this – see series of 3 photos with box unlatched and lid open, box unlatched with lid pressed down, and box when latched.
I do not have experience with lunch boxes, so please ask questions if you need more information.
