Large 52" x 44" Vietnam War map for the southern portion of II CORPS, from 1969.
1:250,000 scale, but the large size makes for a good deal of detail. From just north of Nha Trang, to just south of Phan Thiet, with the south and east portions of the map bordering III CORPS. Nha Trang, Cam Ranh Bay, Phan Rang, Phan Thiet, O Rang, Binh Loc, Hoai Duc, Vo Dat, Djiring, Duc Xuyen, Bu Gia Map...all the Special Forces camps within the map area are indicated..
The circles with slashes through them show direction and size of airfields.
The darker lines forming squares in the map area are the outline of the standard L7014 map quadrants. Great for showing how the standard map sheets relate to each other.
Quite scarce. Printed by the RVN map authority at Da Lat. These maps were printed for I-IV CORPS, plus one for the Special Military Zone for Saigon.
