NEW Junior Jade Badge
This badge, HEALTH AND FITNESS was originally issued with a RED border and was part of "Worlds to Explore."
This is an unusual badge that was shown in the catalogs with a red border until 1999.  Then, it shows with a Junior Jade Green Border until 2001.  After that, it disappears altogether!  So it is not really an "error" but, was probably mistakenly issued for two years along with a few other badges.
It does NOT show in the Collector's Guide as a badge issued in the 2001 Junior Jade series.   Consequently, this is a MUST HAVE for a Collector.
