    The atlas and gazetteer pages are in like-new condition.  No marks, rips tears or other imperfections.  The corners on the first few pages are slightly bent.  Nothing renders this atlas unusable as is.  The cover has taken the bulk of the wear.  It show scuff marks.  Sixty percent of the seam/binding is split. There is a small tear on the bottom of the front cover.  Again, nothing rendering the atlas unusable.
    Contains topographic maps of the entire state, bike routes, boat launch sites, scenic drives, hiking and more.
    Being a FIRST EDITION, this is an excellent source for historical or reference information.
    This items comes from a smoke-free environment and has been stored flat in dry conditions for many years.  There is no musty or old smell.  If purchasing multiple Delorme atlases, my auctions are setup to calculate combined shipping provided they are purchased from the same shopping cart at the same time.  No adjustments for shipping will be made after payment has been submitted.
