THE GLOBE IS NOT CRACKED BUT DOES HAVE A LEAK SOMEWHERE AS ALL FLUID HAS LEAKED OUT.
I AM SURE A COLLECTOR OR GLASS REPAIR COULD FIX THE GLOBE. There are two minor chips to the globe which is shown in the picture.
