A little about Moroccan teeth. These days it is common place to add length to the tooth. The less root you see the better and truly larger the tooth. A 2 inch tooth with a 2 inch root is a 2 inch tooth with root, not a 4 inch tooth. Watch out for the fine sand encompassing the root. This is mixed with epoxy and used to cover up bone fragments added to make them longer.
Of course some crack fill may be necessary but many are pieced together from multiple teeth.
