C3 Corvette GM OEM Removable Hard Top '68-'75 CHICAGO AREA local pickup

Description

Very solid and straight, original GM C3 Corvette removable hard top ready for restoration.  Fits '68-'75.
All brackets are intact and function correctly.
Glass appears to be original and is excellent with no scratches, chips or discoloration.
The top has a very old and poor repaint, including overspray on some trim and rubber.
All rubber is old and brittle and should be replaced.  Some rubber is missing.  See photos.
Ding on aluminum window trim. Some scratches in other parts.  Very restorable, solid pieces.
There is old, partial preparation for new paint, as you can see some patching in the photos.  It's rough and simply needs new restoration.
Black headliner is very good.  Portion of headliner on passenger side is missing, as shown in photos.
Chrome on brackets is good with minimal pitting, but one has flaking.  Also some overspray.
Trim tips on rear points missing, as photographed.
Overall very rare, original, made-in-America, GM part.
This is a must-have for any complete restoration.
