Barbie, Cali Girl, KEN Surf Boy Doll, Rooted Hair/Tan #C6464, 2003 Mattel, NRFB

Description

2003 Mattel - Cali Girl series of dolls - Ken with rooted blonde hair, blue eyes, wearing a white tank top and blue board shorts.
Item has never been removed from box, but there is a crease on the top cardboard near "Barbie" - see photos.  Also, the plastic on Ken's head seems a different shade than the plastic on his body - this seems to be a problem across this series and represents a manufacturing issue.
Non-smoking; no pet home.  Item is from my personal collection.
Items are sold as-is (as pictured) - I do not accept returns. If you need more photos or have questions, you should ask before buying.  If an item is damaged during shipment, I will follow eBay policies to file the claim and get a refund.  If a return case is opened because the item was not as described, the item has to be returned by the buyer in the exact same condition as it was sold, or else I will deduct 30% fee for damage and deduct return shipping from any refund.
I ship from a small (tiny) town, so shipping can take an extra 2-3 days for delivery.  Shipping is included (free) to United States only.  Shipping to Canada is a flat for each item.  I ship USPS or FedEx, depending on cost and delivery time.  All sales final - I do not accept returns.
I do not ship to any other locations - please don't ask.  I would only use the eBay Global Shipping Program, and it's expensive and also restricted right now.
