    Description

    Antique Society of St. Vincent de Paul - Waste Collection Bureau of Philadelphia, Pa.  Requesting waste, papers and rags are baled and sold to Mills, giving employment in collection and sorting to over 30 people.  Interesting old truck illustrated on front.  Phone number with letter prefix. I'm estimating it to be 1920 or before. Very rare, unusual postcard.  Yellowing and soiling.  Please email with questions.
