For the collar on work mule or horse harnesses. This was from a collection of family
items recently opened and had been stored for decades. Originated from the Indianapolis
area. Believed to be from the 1900's. Could be older. Rust is present and the galvanized
coating is delaminating. But many years of service and use still to come.
