    Description

    Neoprene Horse collar pad made with neoprene on the horse side and vinyl on the outside.  It has a no wrinkle top.  The pad is filled with closed cell foam and secures to the collar with 1 inch stainless steel clips.  Pad cleans up with a damp cloth.
    Pad should be 2 inches larger than collar.
