3 VERY RARE Vintage Girl Scout WWII-SENIOR SERVICE SCOUT-LEADER SERVICE-PIN 1941

This is for 3 RARE WWII Items. Both Patches are New and Clean They have not been sewn or glued on to anything. The SENIOR SERVICE SCOUT (SSS) Patch was designed in 1941 for WWII. Girl Scouts USA developed an incentive program for Senior Girl Scouts to become more actively involved in national defense activities. After a training, a Girl Scout could received an SSS PATCH. These are the ones that you can find online once in a while. The “S” PATCH was for a LEADER-also called ADULT PATCH. This is the REALLY RARE one and are very few out there. The PIN was made in 1943 and could be earned by all levels of Scouting who are working with the local Service Bureau. I’ve included a picture of it from a GS Museum Page. The Pin is red enameled with a J Hook for closing. It is Bright Red with the Gold Edging in Perfect shape. It was hardly used. It has an “R” Hallmark on the Back. I’ve had these in my collection for over 40 years. This is great and Rare to have these all together in your collection. Please see pictures for Condition and Measurements.
