Vintage 1979 tin pinback that reads:  Be A Hard Hat “People Week” with hard hat illustration on yellow background.  Nice bight condition, light aging, measures 2 ¼ inches across.  People Week was a week long street festival celebration in Chicago started in the 1960s featuring musicians, street theater and performances.  By the 1980s it was called State Street Days.
