This is a vintage original Easter and Late Spring 1935 issue of
Fifth Avenue Modes – The Magazine of Fashion with Latest Betty Wales Creation
s issued by Fifth Avenue Modes of New York City.    This is a booklet format catalog of 20 pages measuring about 8" x 9" that illustrated women’s clothing and outfits which could be purchased from Fifth Avenue Modes company.
Betty Wales was a character from a series of novels written by Edith Kellogg Dunton between 1904 and 1917 under the penname Margaret Warde.  The books were hugely popular and the character was licensed to sell clothing and fashion between about 1915 up to the mid 1940s.
The front cover indicates this issue is for "Easter And Late Spring 1935".
This catalog illustrates women’s suits, lingerie, hats, smocks, blouses and more and really captures the fashions of the mid 1930s Great Depression era.   This catalog is a vintage original in very good condition.   Email any questions.  Thanks for looking.
