Description

This item is an  old 1897 Van Buren County, Iowa County plat book and atlas, published by the North West Publishing Co., with the volume in very good complete condition. Book has city, town, county and township maps, with land owners names marked on township plats, as was the custom, and there is some limited genealogy information ('Patron's Directory', but no individual bios). Volume has some fraying on some pages, some stains and handling smudges, but it is complete with all the original pages, as best we can see. Book measures about 19x16 inches, it is about 3/4 inch thick, it has 51 numbered pages.
Neat old early county plat book, and now very difficult to find any more, in any condition. US buyers to pay for USPS media mail delivery. International buyers to pay for USPS International Priority mail delivery. No shipments to a few countries. Please check our feedback. J&RK
