The tricks are designed so that you don't appear to be taking any active part. Your spectators do all the work for you.
This routine is suitable for close-up performance at a table with spectators on either side of you. To get the most out of it, be sure to use a borrowed deck.
Here are the items in the routine:
THROUGH THE BEAT OF THE PULSE.
A card is selected and returned, then the deck is divided and the spectator’s pulse tells in which packet the selected card is in.
PROPENSITY OF THE INANIMATE.
Two cards are chosen and placed in separate packets. Each spectator deals out the other’s packet and, when each spectator sees his card, he cries “Stop.” Impossible as it seems, both selected cards turn up at same time.
DOUBLE PREDICTION.
Two cards are predicted in an unusual manner.
A CLEAN VANISH AND A LOCATION.
Just that, involving two cards.
THE IMPELLING FORCE.
The climax of the routine in which spectator does all the work, but you find the card.
